Both from the living room and the kitchen, you can access the exterior area of the house with the pool area and a large covered porch.On the first floor from the entrance, a wide staircase with wrought iron railings leads the way. Here we find the main bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a semi-covered terrace with a breakfast table and panoramic sea views; another bedroom with two double beds (1.35m) with access to the same terrace; a bedroom with two single beds; and a bathroom with a shower.The main floor porch is divided into several areas such as a lounge area, dining zone, and sufficient space to place sun loungers and rest during midday hours, enjoying clear views of the sea. The pool area has plenty of space for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and a minimalist-style garden that surrounds the entire house.
