Positive: The property is exceptional. Valentina and Lorenzo had thought of everything. Every room was clean and spacious and perfect for our large group. There were plenty of amenities available although we didn’t take advantage of a lot of these (billiards, table tennis) due to spending most of our time by the pool. Pool is immaculate with lots of space for lounging around. Views and location are brilliant. Ability to walk to Monte san savino was great and supermarkets are not far by car. Cooking facilities were excellent, we had a wonderful barbecue one night and wood fired pizzas another night. Our hosts also helped organise a chef and sommelier to come and cook for us one night. Huge thanks to Chef Leonardo for an amazing meal, this was a real highlight of the trip. Large washing machine and plenty of drying racks also very helpful especially when travelling with two small children. Can’t speak highly enough of the house and our hosts. They were always available to help should we need it and really had thought of everything. I really can’t stress how wonderful our stay was and I’ll certainly be trying to get back there as soon as I can.
Summary: Perfect stay. We will definitely return after spending such a wonderful week at Villa Maria.
