Owner rents his residence, a pretty Louisiana-style house of 155 m2 recently built, with a large 75m2 terrace in exotic wood, part of which is covered, overlooking a large swimming pool secured by an alarm. this one is surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants overlooking a wooded garden of maritime pines and umbrella pines. the property is 2800 m2. it is a haven of peace to spend the summer with family indeed the house is very far from the road. the rooms open onto the terraces the cycle path around the pool is located 200 m from the property; many activities are available near mountain biking or cycling, hiking, canoeing and kayaking on the eyre, paragliding on the pyla dune, flying club 15 minutes away, swimming on the lakes or ocean beaches, water skiing, kite surfing, jet skiing , aquatic leisure parks and zoo at 15 min, thalassotherapy, diving club and fishing boat trip on the basin.
