Each south-facing bedroom has a balcony, with the exception of one.

- Beautiful 3,500 m² garden, south-facing and shaded by large trees, includes a 32 m² terrace, a pergola complete with parasol and barbecue area. Private parking is available on a courtyard in front of the house, accommodating around 5 cars. In addition, the land on the other side of the communal road also belongs to the property and offers additional space for parking.
