Part of a brand new 3 villa complex, this is a unique modern design property offering privacy, unobstructed sea views and beautifully decorated functional spaces. Situated on the lower part of the plot, Villa Levanda can be rented together with Villa Thymari, on the upper part of the property, for a total of eight bedrooms. Both have their own pool and private entrance and are completely independent.
With a soothing sense of space and light, large glass openings dissolve the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, making the villa an extended ‘living space’ perfect for entertaining, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining, poolside cocktails and kitchen chats. Pergolas and solid elements create a series of covered and shaded areas that invite you to relax and socialise while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The villa offers a total of 252m² of living space on two levels plus two en-suite bedrooms upstairs (master and double) and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children.
The entrance is centrally located on the main ground floor where all the ‘public’ areas and functions are located – an open plan double height living and dining room, a kitchen area, the staircases, a WC and an en-suite guest bedroom. All of the internal spaces have access to the outdoor seating and pool area.
