Inside the house there is a big sitting with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and fireplace, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor can be found a second sitting area with a sofa bed, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one more bedroom with entrance through the master bedroom, ideal for children with their parents near. Wooden ceiling, wooden floor on the first level and antique furniture. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa is ideal for children of all ages.
Outside: The villa is surrounded by big absolutely private gardens immersed in the green with pine, poplar and palm trees, eucalyptus, bougainvilleas and roses. There is a big patio surrounded by trees where you can enjoy your meal or rest on the swing. A big built-in barbecue (BBQ) is to be found at the gardens. The large shaded verandas are ideal for resting or dining ‘al fresco’ with great view to the gardens and the sea.
