From this villa located in a small but charming village, you simply have the possibility of escaping into beautiful nature for long walks. In the neighboring village of St-Chinian, twice a week there is a large local market (all year round) as well as a night market (high season). There are many wineries to visit, cycling or mountain biking also belongs to the possibilities and, of course, there are many tourist attractions to visit. The beach of the Mediterranean Sea with its seaside resorts is relatively close.

The living room has large bay windows allowing access to the large covered terrace with its fantastic views. The open and fully equipped kitchen is connected to the Living Room. There is a guest WC in the hall. You will find three bedrooms on the left side of the house. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and French window to the terrace, another bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the third bedroom also has two single beds (80 x 200). These rooms share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks and a W.C. The fourth bedroom is on the right side of the house, next to the garage and has a private exit to the covered terrace, a double bed (140 x 200) and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the garage there is a washing machine, dryer, additional fridge and a freezer.
Outside:
From the living room you can access the spacious covered terrace with the large dining table. The large and majestic staircase leads you to the lower terrace with the large private heated swimming pool (5x12) and its Roman staircase. There is also a nice shade area to relax outside of the sun. The comfortable and nicely decorated garden gives a lot of atmosphere to the whole. There is a barbecue at your disposal to fully enjoy French gastronomy. There is a boules court on site for a game with family or friends. The parking lot is located on the property at the front of the house.
