The first one offers a 1.80 x 2.00 bed, an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower cabin, and beautiful views of both the terrace and the sea, with convenient direct access to the garden. The second bedroom features 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00), an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower cabin, and access to the lawn covered terrace, affording beautiful views.

The first floor of the villa boasts a stunning bedroom offering splendid vistas, featuring a spacious 1.80 x 2.00 bed, an en-suite bathroom with a convenient shower cabin, and direct access to the garden. All bedrooms are equipped with quality mattresses, a 32" Smart TV, individually controllable A/C, ample wardrobe space, and a stylish vanity area to enhance comfort.
Lower Floor
The first floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms of Villa Katy, one of which features a bedroom with a spacious 1.80 x 2.00 bed, an en-suite bathroom complete with an overhead shower cabin, and direct access to a private terrace perched next to the rugged rock surface, providing a tranquil retreat with a seating area. The last bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a cozy lounge chair with an ottoman, an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower cabin, and access to the grass-covered terrace, as well as access to a private seating area. Additionally, a convenient laundry room equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer is also located on this floor.
