Positive: The villa with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a private pool is really beautiful. The open kitchen and seating area is a big bonus, especially as the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, mixer, gas stove, kettle, a big fridge and extra freezer and a water dispenser (hot and cold). The rooms were very nice and neat and the beds were really comfy (even with mosquito nets). Maintenance and the facilities were really great and the staff was very friendly and took care of all our requests immediately.
Negative: The pool light was not working well but the technician came two times and immediately took care of it. The hot water in the shower was difficult to handle because it turned cold after 1-2mins but we found out after some time that when the hot water is running in the sink, the hot water in the shower works fine.
Summary: Amazingly beautiful villa in Ubud!
