Rent a newly built, fully-equipped 3-room villa in Ban Huay Yang ten miles south of Hua Hin on the East Coast of Thailand. Here is the best climate and bathing water in Thailand. The villa is located in the small Swedish village of Orchid Village, in an area with 34 other houses. The area has two large swimming pools with children's pool and jacuzzi and it is only 700 m to the quiet, beautiful, shallow beach with lovely soft sand and bottom. The nearest shop and restaurant is a couple of hundred meters from the villa and it is a few hundred meters to the center of Huay Yang which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Everything is very cheap, about one fifth of the prices in Sweden. The villa has a large terrace where you can enjoy the balmy evenings and a mile from the village is a national park known for its beautiful waterfalls and fine nature. If you want to relax and take it easy in a stressful environment this is the place for you.
The villa is built in 2005 and is located in an area called Orchid IV, which consists of thirty-five houses and two pools. Orchid IV is one of six similar areas that together form Orchid Village. There are several other such villages around Ban Huay Yang, all built by Thailand properties and most of the houses are owned by Swedes.
