Villa of 500 meters of housing and 1000 of plot, center of Palma, license in force. Exclusive as it is within Palma city due to local restrictions in the center. A 10-minute walk from the Paseo Marítimo, 5 minutes by car from the cathedral, historic center and Bellver Castle. Own pool. Nearby forest to walk with/without pets. Supermarket and gas station less than 1 minute by car. Motorway exit 1 minute by car. Main bathroom adapted for the disabled. There are 3 bicycles and one for children to enjoy the wonderful city. (Ask before check-in).
There is a very complete gym, as well as a tennis and paddle tennis club less than a 5-minute walk away.

Summary: This large villa is close to Palma city centre (20 mins walk). There are also restaurants and bars by the marina which is only a 10-15 min walk. There is a good supermarket 3 minutes walk away. The villa is fully air- conditioned and has a large pool and patio with ample sun beds. Pedro, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check out. Overall a very good experience.
