The house is in a quiet private street. His own garden world begins behind the entrance gate. On 800 m2, a staircase leads past almond and citrus trees to the pool and on to the house. The view extends from the Tramuntana Mountains to the Bay of Palma. The living area consists of an open living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. The sleeping area has a large shower room. All rooms with large double doors face the garden. On the same level there is an independent studio (the second bedroom), also with a view of Palma.
