An interior terracotta staircase leads up from the living room to the first floor. This area consists of one double bedroom, with private bathroom equipped with jacuzzi and a romantic terrace leading to the wood. In this floor there is a large billiard room with fireplace and a corner with a sofa bed. One more sofa bed is available if requested.

The 1,000 sq m outdoor area is divided between the 600 sq m garden and a private courtyard.
