Villa Illiria is a splendid three-story historical villa. It sleeps 27 people. From Villa Illiria you will have a characteristic view of the greenery and of the other buildings. The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of September.

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 20 centimeters (8 inches) to 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is open from the end of April until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a partial view of the swimming pool.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a leather sofa and four armchairs. You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has two windows.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
