Nestled in a large 5ha partly wooded plot, completely protected from view, the villa Florence, classified 4 *, will enchant you with its spacious and bright spaces, its design and its high quality equipment, its heated swimming pool 12X6, and its vegetation. The place is 20 minutes driving from Hyères, and is ideal for enjoying the many attractions of our region.

NB: the check-in is possible from 17 to 20 pm. In summer the rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Thank you for understanding.
The House
On the ground floor, approximately 160m2, the different spaces communicate :
Large living room with TV, cosy lounge with fireplace, modern and functional kitchen opening onto a large 65m2 terrace where you can dine and enjoy the warm summer evenings.
Closeness, you will appreciate the outdoor lounge, shaded by a magnificent two-hundred-year-old plane tree.
Neatby, the 12x6 m heated swimming pool, nestled in generous sunny vegetation, welcomes you for moments of relaxation, games or lazing about. On its beaches: 2 large shaded beds invite you for comfortable naps, deck chairs and sunbathing.
The separate studio (45m2 approx.) is located about twenty meters from the main house.
Ground floor
The living room and the lounge (approx. 100m2): 8-seater corner sofa, wall-mounted flat screen, 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, fireplace. Large glass windows doors, light-dimming control.
The kitchen (approximately 40m2): central island with sink and 4-burner induction hob, 4 stools, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, plenty of storage. Open to the 2 terraces (glass doors and bay window)
The scullery: American fridge, washing machine, ironing area.
Independent toilet with washbasin.
First floor
All rooms are air conditioned. Provençal slatted shutters and blinds.

Cleaning: the end-of-stay cleaning fee is requered, amounting to €250. However, you must return the premises in a correct state: empty refrigerator, clean and tidy dishes, clean tables including outside, etc. It is imperative to bring your garbage cans to the container before your leave !
