Positive: Friendly owner with good tips of the neighboorhood
Negative: A lot of noise during some nights of other guests. The rooms are not wel isolated. During our stay there was also a building construction going on next door with a lot of noise starting from 6:45 am. The water of the swilling pool is not warmed up with a heat pump. We found urine on the ground of the toilet of previous guests. We did not receive an invoice of our stay although the owner promised to send this by mail. We parked one night our car on the street because the parking inside was full. Some egoistic guests took two places in the parking below instead of one. The day after we found our car back with the wipers and the side mirrors bent and with four sharp stones below the wheels. Apparently some parking places with a yellow line are owned by the neighbour next door. But there is no sign at all and in the dark you don’t see the yellow lines.
