The property is accessed through a driveway gate, it is possible to comfortably park two cars inside. The large, well-kept and private garden features an equipped patio and a nice brick BBQ. From the beautiful front veranda, equipped with a dining area with wooden furniture, you enter the living area divided into dining room and living room with fireplace and TV, the furnishings are very nice and pleasant.Continuing on this level we find the kitchen, a service bathroom and a convenient external laundry with washing machine, sink and drying rack. In this area there is also a cold outdoor shower. From the living area you access the second level, a few steps and we are in the sleeping area where there is a large double room, a beautiful double room with bunk beds where there is also a third bed if you prefer that the children do not sleep in the upstairs bed and a full bathroom.
