The artwork correlating each room follows a specific path with even lesser-known contemporary artists. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the second floor together with a library studio and music room, a living room with a large table, a furnished kitchen correlated with everything you need, and a room with a beautiful fireplace that overlooks a large terrace from which there is a magnificent view of the bell tower and rooftops of Lequile, a dreamy village in the Salento hinterland with a magnificent piazza parlor in the historic center.
Also on the ground floor is the beautiful garden with old plants and pergolas and a large space furnished with designer table and chairs. Tucked behind a Bougainvillea waterfall is the small heated pool with whirlpool and a water blade waterfall.
Various alcoves and terraces on the various levels allow you to enjoy a view of an enchanting panorama made up of palaces, churches, typical architectural details of Salento in addition to the typical fields and trees of the region.
