In Olde Naples & a block from beach & easy access to Lowdermilk Park with chair/umbrella rental, this first floor condo has both king & queen size beds in the 2 bedroom, 2 baths & full size washer/dryer. Covered parking, pool & gas grill are just out the back door. Walk out the front lanai to enjoy breakfast across the street at First Watch, one of Naples’ favorites! 1 mile walk down Gulf Shore Blvd to all the shops & restaurants on 5th Ave, passing Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club on your way. Both bedrooms have TVs as does the living room, with Comcast xfinity cable. The bed linens are 100% cotton with both firm and soft pillows. Cotton blankets and easily cleaned bed coverlets will ensure you have a wonderful nights sleep. Lots of towels in both bathrooms. Beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available. A short 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, Lowdermilk Park with a Snack Bar and restrooms. Take walks on the white sandy beach. Enjoy a short one mile walk to 5th Ave for the best dining and shopping in Olde Naples. Complete condo ready for your comfort and enjoyment. Fully stocked kitchen.
