Brand new Bamboo hard wood floors give you that rich inviting feeling of luxury. As a Casper host home come enjoy the latest Casper Mattresses with elegant luxury linens for the sleep experience of your dreams. We are available for weekly and Monthly rentals. The resort is home to a masterfully designed resort pool complex with meandering lazy river, lap pool, zero entrance children's pool and an expansive sun deck with poolside cabanas: Located pool side is the Blue water Bar and Grill with a great happy hour. New in 2020 the resort now offer a Top Golf Swing Suite with a 1 of a kind Golf Simulator, and new world class Workout facility and a Peloton Bike Facility. The resort gives you access to an intimate full-service spa; Tennis Center with six Har-Tru courts: an extensive fitness facility with personal trainers, Plates studio and Techno-gym equipment. The resort also has signature waterfront restaurants and bars including 1500 South the restaurant of the year in Naples. Our Top floor location means no noises from tenants overhead, and our Tropical Garden/Tennis Court Views means no street traffic noise, or Pool Side commotion associated with other units in the complex.
Reason #3: Our condominium is newly renovated in 2020 with Hardwood Bamboo floors. It is beautifully appointed in a Tommy Bahama Tropical theme, not the standard boring “hotel package or less” other units settled for. Our lounge/coach screams relaxation. The kitchen is state of the art with granite counters, cherry cabinets, and high end appliances. Everything you have in your kitchen is in mine.
Reason #4: We take tremendous care in the up keep of our home. Every living space has been kept “showroom” new at all times. We don’t wait for the resort to clean it once a year, we steam clean, dry clean and scrub several times a year. We also update our Linens all the time. This are not resort retreads.
