OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This unique property captures the magic of desert living in true Palm Springs style. The huge, private backyard is truly spectacular and will provide ample room for your group to relax and play. One end features a saltwater pool and waterfall spa surrounded by chaise lounges and a cabana-style daybed. The other end features its own living pavilion, al fresco dining and a fire pit lounge. Throughout the rest of the yard you'll also find a shaded lanai, BBQ grill, hammock, bocce ball and bean bag toss games for added fun during your stay. Majestic palm trees, modern desert landscaping, and unobstructed panoramic mountain views all add to the magic of this desert estate.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This newly renovated property is modern and sophisticated, but casual and comfortable at the same time. The open floor plan provides ample space for your entire group to mix and mingle in style and opens up to the shaded lanai and expansive yard. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream and features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a gas cooktop, wine fridge and all the tools to craft a gourmet meal. The stunning dining room can accommodate 8 and the living room has ample seating, a fireplace and a 65” flatscreen TV. This property has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home - ultra high speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems, flatscreen TVs, full size washer and dryer, and two desks with large computer monitors perfect for remote working or gaming.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the spacious 4 bedrooms has been beautifully decorated and features luxurious high-end mattresses, ample closet space with full length mirrors, and flat screen TVs or workspaces with large monitors. The primary suite features a King bed, large closet, and en suite bath with an enormous walk-in shower. A second primary suite located on the opposite side of the house features a King bed and a gorgeous adjacent private bathroom featuring Grohe fixtures and a Toto washlet. The third bedroom with a King bed and the fourth bedroom with a Queen bed are spacious and conveniently located next to the shared full third bathroom in the hall.
