There are three bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the guest house. This exceptional finca Degas is overlooking the sea and coastline and enjoys complete tranquillity. It is one of the last houses on the coastline of Cala Murada, a village that offers shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés and a nice beach. The beach is in approximately 1,5 kilometers distance of the house. The picturesque harbour Porto Colom is in a short travelling distance and offers fine dining restaurants and nice cafés overlooking the harbour. The lively holiday resort Porto Cristo is approximately 15 minutes travelling distance by car. Ideal for a shopping tour is the town of Manacor, with its pedestrian zone that has all shopping facilities, cosy restaurants and a colourful market on Mondays. The finca Degas is furnished with carefully selected antiques and offers 450 square meters of living area. There is an ample living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house. The guest house offers another bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a private study with splendid views. All rooms have access to the large terraces and offer spectacular views of the sea.
