Ca Na Florentina is the perfect house for your family vacation; you are surrounded by an idyllic garden with a cozy terrace for the older guests to relax and plenty of space for the little ones to run around. The blue sea and the white sandy beach of Cala Murada are within walking distance - so who needs a pool to enjoy their vacation to the full?
Layout:
There is a large living-dining room with access to the terrace and a separate kitchen. There are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), the other two have two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). There is also a conservatory with a view of the secluded garden. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used. However, there is a well-functioning heating system so that the finca can also be rented in winter. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, which can also be used as heating.
Outdoor area:
The beautifully landscaped garden is 1300 square meters in size. There is a barbecue on the large terrace.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay. In June, July and September no day should be left between bookings.
Additional costs:
