Villa Kambu is a delightful 5 bedroom villa located in the popular Vale do Garrao resort. Garrao beach with its fantastic selection of beach restaurants and water sports activities is only 10 minutes walk away. This holiday rental benefits from WiFi internet access and air-conditioning. The property is set over two floors and boasts a wonderful mature south facing garden with a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. There is a fabulous alfresco dining area with BBQ, overlooking the pretty garden and pool. There are two master bedrooms on the top floor, each with its own private terrace, en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV (with Freeview). On the ground floor there are three further bedrooms - one double/twin with en-suite shower room, and two further twin bedrooms which share a large bathroom - all have sliding doors onto the garden. The ground floor features a modern and comfortable open plan living area - a well equipped kitchen, a dining table for 10 people and a large 51" flat screen TV (with Freeview and DVD) in the sitting area. There is also a separate laundry room with extra fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is air-conditioning throughout the property and the pool can be heated (extra charge). The drive can accommodate two cars comfortably and has an electric gate making the villa very secure for families. For keen golfers, the world renowned golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are only 5 mins drive away. The restaurants, entertainment and facilities of the Vale do Lobo Praca and Quinta Shopping are only 5mins away by car. Rates include bedroom linen, bathroom towels and maid service.
