Positive: Beautiful 20 years old villa with renovated bathrooms. Very well maitanined garden and very clean environment. Wi-Fi in a part of the villa.
Negative: I reserved through Booking. But the Villa is managed by a real estate agency which insisteted to bypass the booking processes. The day after reservation they insisted to have all the money in advance. We paid 50% immediately by international transfer. If we didn’t pay 2 days before arrival the whole amount the agency threatened to cancel the reservation keeping the 50% (noting was explained in booking). They refused to open the villa and we have been forced to pay also the 1000 deposit without having neither a sight of the location. They requested to go for check in 20 min away by car away from the address indicated on booking and applied 60 euro for “late check in”. Lady Susanna of the agency was very aggressive and we strongly recommend booking to oblige the hosts to follow the Booking process. As a booking client I think that the card I used with booking for the reservation should be enough for warranty of reservation and payment. Eventually I put at risk twice the price indicated without having touched based the destination. The day of check in, we tried to call the number of the host, because we didn’t find anyone at the address indicated in Booking site for check in. But…..a call center replied to us. A disaster. I sincerely would not suggest a friend to go to this place for a quiet and secure holiday.
