Beautiful family house in the middle of nature in the area of San Rafael, has 4 large bedrooms en suite with large terraces, open views of the countryside and pool. Large living room, kitchen and equipped. Beautiful lawn garden where you can enjoy peace in the midst of nature, large pool. Much plot is completely fenced, parking areas for several cars.
Just 7 minutes from Ibiza and 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the beaches, conta cove, Cala Bassa, the beaches of Ibiza and Talamanca or Playa den bossa and salt. Recommended restaurants in the area, Ayoun oriental food, San Rafael Can pilot.

Summary: The house was cool and well-maintained. If anything was just a little far from the city itself, but we knew that from before. When we got there we had to wait for about 20-30 min out of the property for the owner's son to come and open for us and do a small tour, it was later in the afternoon and thankfully not as hot as earlier. Curiously though he took about 10 min to explain to us that the previous guests had broken some tile on the outdoor patio by the pool and that they had temporarily fixed it but were looking for the exact tile replacement to get there. He told us it might detach because it was just glued in for the time being. When we left the property, all smooth, we handed the keys to the owner's dad and cleaning lady and waited for our taxi to pick us up, all good. But 3 weeks later we got an email from Verbo noting this exact same thing as a complaint toward us and asking for the security deposit to be credited. Thankfully, the time for their complaint was outside of Vrbo's established time frame so they were letting us know to charge my card again for this. I replied this exact same explanation, that we did not damage their property and that it was an exact rewrite from their initial explanation for they previous guests... I also had opted for the insurance, but I did not even mention this as we did not make any of the alleged damage which was already there. So this was quite sour and seemed fishy to me. I would not stay again because this didn't seem honest.
