Only 2-3 minutes by car in Labinci and Kaštelir, there are many useful facilities, from a grocery store (only 500 m from the house) to typical restaurants, coffee bars, agritourism households and wine roads, and the nearest pebble beaches, sports and recreational facilities they are located in the 11 km distant tourist resort of Lanterna.
The house is located on a fenced and landscaped garden of 1140 m², where guests can use a swimming pool of 40 m², deck chairs, two sofas, a covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining and a large barbecue, several parking spaces and a garage for two vehicles.
