Villa Apollonia was meticulously designed and constructed to take advantage of the stunning sea views, picturesque Kefalonian landscape, and breathtaking sunsets. The house was built in a combination of the Venetian style with modern design elements such as expansive windows and luxury finishes.
The villa was lovingly created, using the best European construction materials and finishes to create a spacious Venetian style home, with a breathtaking infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Villa Apollonia was furnished with high-end furniture, all Cocomat beds and linens, air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, Smart TV’s, Bluetooth speakers, BOSCH appliances and complete and fully-equipped kitchen amenities.

LEVEL ONE:
This the main level/entry-level. The main entrance takes you into the main section of the house, consisting of an open plan living room, dining room and large fully-fitted white marble-topped kitchen. A large guest toilet and washbasin are also on the ground floor.
The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below. The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink. In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea. A private jacuzzi with amazing sea views completes the outdoor space.
The main level also features one of the two master bedrooms including a luxurious bathroom that contains a stunning free-standing Apaiser marble tub and oversized custom tile shower. A large wall-mounted TV, WiFi and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer complete the ground level. All windows have sea and island views.
LEVEL TWO:
After ascending the marble staircase, you will find a second living room that contains a white marble bar, second wine fridge, mini-fridge, and sink. The living room also has another wall-mounted TV and a Cocomat sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep, two people. The living room opens to a small balcony in the front of the house and a large balcony at the rear which has a comfortable outdoor sofa and armchairs to take in the amazing views and sunsets.

From Kefalonia International Airport Anna Pollatou, drive approximately 15min following the signs to Argostoli. After Lassi area continue onto Sklavou. Take the second sharp turn right onto Souidias Rd. At the end of the road turn right onto EO Argostoliou -Samis. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and continue onto EO Argostoliou -Samis. After Coutavos lagoon and De Bosset bridge, the road turms right and becomes EO Argostoliou. At the first crossing, turn left and stay on EO Argostoliou. Keep driving and always follow the signs to Myrtos beach-Divarata Village. When arriving to Divarata, follow the signs to Fiskardo. When arriving to village Magganos, you will find super market Magganaras on the right side of the road. Keep driving to the same road for 1.2km and then turn left. You will find your destination on the left.
