Located on a hill overlooking the Tiber Valley, Villa Annachiara a lovingly restored villa with a private swimming pool and a medieval church. Villa Annachiara (750 sqm) consists of a main villa and annex which both extend over three levels. A 3 km winding asphalt road leads to the villa, which is not suitable for low-height cars or sports cars due to steep sections.

There is also a magnificent medieval church attached to the dining room (Santa Maria Maddalena), which is ideal for weddings and special events.

On the other side of the garden, you will find the annex. The ground floor consists of an elegant living room overlooking the terrace, with a sitting area (with sofas) and a dining area (with a table for 8), a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room, and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
