Luxury Villa Allure is a 650m2 exclusive property, located at a privileged location just outside the village of Dafnes in the south of Heraklion at a top of a hill that is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It endorses panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea, the mountains, the city Heraklion and the magnificent Cretan countryside.
The villa is consisted of the main villa and a stone built one bedroom guesthouse as well as a wine cellar. It is surrounded by a garden in several levels with barbecue and the pool area with heated pool. The main villa is consisted with six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, three living rooms with two fireplaces, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and on the upper level there is a gallery with workspace.
By entering the building, the feeling of light and nature is the first intense feeling for the visitors of the villa. Two spacious living rooms with large wide windows and verandas does treat you with magnificent surrounding views. At the same level our guests will also find a luxurious master bedroom with a private bathroom and Jacuzzi, a fully kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances. There is also access to the highest level of the villa where an open gallery with working space and office and one more en-suite master bedroom with a very large private veranda overlooking the garden and has amazing views of the mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
From the entrance floor you have access by stairs and elevator to the lower floors of the villa where one more spacious living room with fireplace and four bathrooms, all en-suite, are located. In fact three of the bedrooms have direct access to the veranda at the pool level.
The stone built garden house is located between the pool area and the spacious barbecue. There is an open kitchen with table and an open living room with a bed, a WC and a separate shower.
Various terraces and relaxation areas embrace the property and its oversize swimming pool. Amidst the rocks and garden above the pool are comfortable sun loungers and relaxing sitting places in the shadow of old mulberry and lemon trees, while the mountain, the hills and the sea view dominates the scene.
