This stunning modern villa can be found on the edge of the village of Savoca, a few kilometres north of Taormina. Villa Alfa offers a private swimming pool and superb views of the surrounding countryside, Mount Etna, and the sea. It offers large outdoor areas and is conveniently located close to Santa Teresa di Riva and Sant’Alessio beaches. The villa (240 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).
On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, chair, and TV), a dining area (with table seating 10) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also one guest bathroom (with toilet, washbasin, and bidet) and in the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds; 180cm x 210cm) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).
On the first floor (accessed from the outside), you will find an open living plan room with a sitting area (with sofa and TV), dining area (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area with a small breakfast bar.
