Superb contemporary Mediterranean-style villa with large garden and heated swimming pool, located just a few minutes from the charming villages of Valbonne and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, in the commune of Roquefort-les-Pins.
Recently built, this property enjoys a very quiet location yet is close to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, village centre, hairdresser and nail salon.
You'll enjoy a very pleasant exterior with a tiled Bali-style swimming pool carefully surrounded by sun loungers and a great hammock for sunbathing, a dining area with a Weber pellet barbecue, and a lounge with its electric bioclimatic pergola. There's also a petanque court, table tennis, and plenty of space and games for family fun.
