Independent villa with large garden a stone's throw from the splendid crystal clear sea of Villasimius. Campulongu beach, famous for its crystal clear waters, is within walking distance. Access is possible through the private road of the Campulongu Condominium of which the villa is part. This road is well maintained, equipped with speed bollards and lighting for night access.
The villa is divided into two levels: on the ground floor it is composed of two double bedrooms, a bathroom (with tub, toilet, bidet and two washbasins) and a large living room divided into a relaxation area in which there is a large sofa, a large fireplace and television and in a living room equipped with two tables and chairs; in the basement where in summer you can enjoy a pleasant coolness that makes it unnecessary to turn on the air conditioning - however present - there is a large eat-in kitchen with table and chairs, gas stove, dishwasher, oven microwave, coffee maker, electric grill, additional electric plate and washing machine, a large dining area with fireplace, a bathroom (with shower, sink and bidet), a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The Villa is entirely surrounded by a beautiful turf and in the garden there are pine trees, hibiscus, laurel plants, myrtle and evergreen hedges.
The garden and plants are well cared for thanks to the work of a gardener who takes care of it and thanks to the presence of an automatic irrigation system.
On the front of the villa there are two external tables and chairs, in a lateral part an outdoor sofa, a barbecue and on the back the external shower. The Villa is also equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers and a small terrace where the drying racks can be stored.
