Summary: Writing about the estate where the little house is located, you are immediately with the old lady Signora Paula. She lives in the adjacent large apartment building. A fine, nice and attentive hostess, open to all questions and possible problems. The property is huge and resembles a park with a large stand of large shade trees. However, unfortunately, probably due to the size, the property is more or less left to itself. The equipment of the house is ok. Gas stove works, refrigerator with large freezer and as a substitute for a non-existent air condition a well-functioning fan (at the end of September this was sufficient). The bathroom offers what more than you need. Thank you for a great time "alla perla da Apulia". Christian + Karola
