Summary: PROS: The condo was nice with a great view of the pool and golf course (9th floor) and there was enough space for everyone. The pool at the condo is huge and my family enjoyed it, and the rental also gives you access to the grand Mayan resort (part of the Vidanta chain). The host was super helpful and communicative. CONS: It feels a bit secluded if you plan on exploring puerto Vallarta and not just stay on the premises (this condo is technically in Nayarit rather than puerto Vallarta, Jalisco). Although you do get access to the grand Mayan, you cannot get there by walking; you must be transported there by taxi (or Uber) but the ONLY way to get back to the condo from the resort is by taxi (about 360 pesos one way). All in all it’s a great place to stay and even more so if you plan on just enjoying the pool at the condo or spending the majority of each day at the grand Mayan resort. If you plan on visiting friends and family nearby and spending time exploring Puerto Vallarta then this is not the best location.
