La zona
La struttura è immersa nella quiete del centro storico di Monserrato, a pochi minuti di auto dalla cittadella Universitaria e dal Policlinico, dall'aeroporto, da Cagliari e dalla sua spiaggia, il Poetto, facilmente raggiungibili anche con l'autobus le cui fermate sono situate a pochi passi da casa. Le più belle spiagge della Sardegna si trovano a 30/40 minuti di auto.
La zona intorno offre tutti i servizi necessari: bar, farmacie, mercato, negozi di alimentari, etc..
La storia
La struttura è situata all'interno di una casa a corte campidanese secolare ed è realizzata in "ladiri" (nome sardo dei caratteristici mattoni di terra cruda).
L'abbiamo acquistata nel 2018, quando era ormai un rudere. Nonostante le pessime condizioni nelle quali l'abbiamo vista la prima volta (tetti crollati, vegetazione in ogni dove,ecc) è stata capace di conquistarci al primo sguardo. Ci siamo rimboccati le maniche e siamo riusciti a recuperare gran parte dei pavimenti originali in cementine, le tegole e i muri in ladiri. Per ora siamo riusciti a ristrutturare l'edificio principale dal quale, vista la generosa metratura, sono stati ottenuti 3 appartamenti indipendenti che si affacciano sul loggiato, mentre aspetta di ritornare a splendere il magazzino del vino con le sue grandi botti.
Lo spazio
L'appartamento offre un'ampia zona giorno con cucina attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, freezer, microonde, macchina del caffè Lavazza a modo mio, bollitore, tostapane), un comodo divano con movimento relax e una smart tv 49''.
La zona notte si compone di una zona a piano terra con bagno e camera con letto matrimoniale alla francese e di un soppalco, dove è presente una zona studio con scrivania e un ulteriore letto matrimoniale da 140x190. Per accedere al soppalco è presente una scala a giorno in legno, che potrebbe non essere adatta ai bambini più piccoli.
L'appartamento dispone inoltre di lavatrice e asciugatrice (quest'ultima a disposizione solo nel periodo invernale per questioni climatiche), asse da stiro e ferro da stiro ed è climatizzato con silenziosissimi fan coil estate e inverno. Gli infissi sono dotati di zanzariere. Il Wifi è incluso.
La biancheria da letto e bagno è inclusa.
Offre la possibilità di godere di momenti di tranquillità anche all'esterno: nell'angolo dedicato del loggiato attrezzato, impreziosito dal pavimento originale della casa, sono a disposizione tavolo e sedie per poter consumare i pasti all'aperto.
È possibile parcheggiare biciclette o moto all'interno mentre per le auto è possibile trovare parcheggio gratuito all'esterno nella stessa via o in quelle limitrofe.
