The apartment is located on the ground floor, has 3.5 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 conservatory) with a total of about 90sqm, suitable for 2-6 people. The apartment is fully equipped and renovated in 2018 core and renovated. A heated conservatory with views of the greenery and a private terrace with barbecue facilities in the garden are also included.
