This centrally located, fully furnished studio is located in a small 7 unit apartment building. The studio has all you need for a short or long term stay packed into a tiny space! Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer. Washer/Dryer is located on the property and is operated by coin.
I give my guests the privacy they need but am available if needed. We have a team that is available 24/7 for text.
This apartment is located in Downtown St Petersburg, nestled between the core Central District and the neighborhoods of Historic Uptown and Old Northeast. To the south, just 5 blocks is the main Downtown section of the city. this area is home to Nightlife, Arts, Eats, and great Murals! The Dali Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, plus the Mahaffey Theater for concerts and dance are all less than a 10minute walk away. Jannus Live, The Floridian, and the Vinoy Park often have great live music and are within walking distance too!
