Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Historic Old Northeast; a quiet and charming residential area with tree lined brick streets. We are walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, only a 5min drive to downtown St Petersburg (DTSP), 10 minute walk to Vinoy Park, 25min drive to TPA and a 20 minute drive to the beautiful, St. Pete beach.

You will have the entire home to yourself! Two spacious queen size bedrooms with walk in closets, a small balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee and a full bathroom on the top floor which both bedrooms have private access to. On the main floor is an intimate living room with a smart TV, dining table, large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a half bath and laundry closet.

Summary: We loved this house - it was even better in person. And it was so clean! I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this is one of the best! Martin was also great - so responsive and super nice. Would love to stay here again and I highly recommend.
