Ideal for a couple, this is an independent guesthouse adjacent to the main house on a 4-acre lot, all completed in 2021. The guesthouse has a full kitchen and gas fireplace, and comes with access to an independent gym on the premises. With mountain and valley views all-round, the front porch offers breathtaking sunset views while the back porch features a hot tub with 270 degree vistas of orchards, mountains and neighboring trees. Two wineries, a farmer's market, Martin's supermarket, several great restaurants as well as Old Town Winchester all just 5-15 minutes away, with Front Royal and Shenandoah River a mere 25 minutes' drive. Great biking and hiking routes and views of orchards, mountains and more all around the property, which is part of the newly developed Mountain Vista Estates off Hites Road.
