Welcome to our Vegas Vibes Hideaway! Located in the redeveloping Independence Heights! This beautiful new construction features 3 bedroom/2.5 bath with a private driveway for parking and a private backyard that includes a 6 seater hot tub for relaxation and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun! We are just 10 minutes from Downtown and only 5 minutes from the Heights with instant access to I-610 and I-45.
Our home has a private entrance & electronic entry lock for your convenient check-ins! 3 brand new pillow top comfortable beds plus 1 additional sleeper roll out under the guest bed. 3bedroom 2.5 full bathrooms, Roku TV's, Super High-Speed Wifi, large backyard w/patio furniture & most importantly a one of a kind Houston mural wall! (Don't forget to tag us on the Gram! #HideawayHouston) We pride ourselves in stocking our homes with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, including high-quality linens, full Kitchen, coffee bar, towels & so much more. Should you need anything else during your stay, please contact us! We are more than happy to accommodate you & ensure you have the perfect Hideaway Experience!
The space
The space allows for small gatherings but any group size over our limit of 8 must be negotiated or anyone extra will be evicted. We monitor incoming traffic with external security cameras. We are very strict about this.
- Do not park in our neighbors driveways at any time.
- Do not play excessive loud music in the home or yard after 10pm. Our goal is to not bother our neighbors.

We feature a 6 person hot tub in our back yard. Please keep this covered when not in use. No glass allowed in it for any reason! We have the water treated and cleaned every Friday. If we have to drain & refill due to your group we will automatically charge you $250!
Guest will have access to the entire home, garage and private hot tub.
We are strict about our no smoking in the home policy, no pets for any reasons policy and our extra guest / partying rules. If these rules are broken we will evict everyone immediately with no refund.

Summary: We visit Houston every few months for medical appointments, we decided to do a property rental this time vs a hotel to have privacy & more to do….. To start off this property is in a crummy neighborhood, almost every other house is run down! We did not feel the safest while staying there. The backyard was overgrown (the grass was like a foot tall). The hot tub had a funky odor, like it really doesn’t get weekly attention as stated in the property description. Next, no bedbug protectors on 2 of the mattresses, this is so gross & costly to eliminate infestations! The master shower door handle was broken. No ice or water in the refrigerator. The toilet paper dispenser was hanging off the wall in the guest bathroom. Not enough remotes for all the TVs. The fire pit was out of propane. There is carpet in the bedrooms & it is so very nasty. The list goes on….Basically, a lot a little details have not been kept up with! Lastly, all off these frustrations were sent to the host without any communication at all!
