Located in the transitioning Ryan neighborhood of Northside Village this home is in a growing, mature, urban & industrial area; all of just 2 miles adjacent to Houston Heights.
The Cottage sits on a 5000 square-foot lot and only takes up a small footprint of 657 sq. ft. As you approach the fully fenced property you will notice two stunning cedar trees and the home is surrounded by gorgeous pecan trees. It has double gates with padlock at the driveway that you can lock to secure parking. 5 foot cyclone fence surround the front and sides with a 8 foot wood fence behind the home.
This well-appointed modern kitchen is designed to make you feel right at home, featuring: a glass top 4 burner electric range/oven, telescoping vent hood, full-size dishwasher, microwave with airfry and convection mode, and a full-size side-by-side refrigerator with water and icemaker.
