Summary: Had two rooms for our stay. One of the rooms had *no plugs* available for the two guests there. They went to the reception to enquire about it. The staff offered a single industrial extension cord, instead of offering another room. The staff rather proposed to pay an extra 25 euros to switch rooms, which is unacceptable. It is up to the hotel to provide plugs in a room. Later, the staff said that all of the rooms were booked up, so it was not possible to change rooms anyway. Turns out, the lack of plugs were not the only issue. The room had no hot water. The guests went to the reception again (another staff member was now there), and surprise, they were now moved to another room (for free). So the other staff member just lied about the availability of the rooms, and refused to move the guests to another room when she could have done so. Unacceptable behavior.
