Positive: The friendliness and kindness from the staff. Everyone was happy to assist you, to help you, to just try to make you have a good time there. Great attention! Even we didn't use all the facilities, the hotel services and facilities we used were great, specially when you have family with little kids.
Negative: No WiFi in the rooms and many areas of the hotel. Also, even the hotel is all inclusive, having a mini bar or fridge in the room would be great.
