NEW RENT HOUSE recently renovated in the NORTH of SARDINIA, in the province of Sassari. The apartment is located in VALLEDORIA, in the LA MUDDIZZA hamlet 1.5 km from the beach LA CIACCIA. In the area there are also many other beaches: MARAGNANI and SAN PIETRO can be reached in just over 5 minutes by car. In Valledoria there are all the services (supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream parlors ...) while at Muddizza there is a supermarket and bars within walking distance. The property is located in a residence composed of several apartments, arranged on three levels: the one in question is located on the first floor, with an entrance from the internal area directly accessible from the parking lot.
