Summary: Very nice unit with everything we needed and a fantastic location. The check in process could use some work. They sent me our code for accessing the unit, code worked for downstairs door from the parking area but not for our unit. So we could not get in until someone showed up to gain access. Took almost an hour while we hung out in the hall. Once we gained access and were given a new code things went smoothly as far as opening the doors was concerned. The refridgerator makes a loud racket every now and then which was mildly irritating but not that often, maybe just during defrost cycle? The parking is very nice outside of one occurrence when someone was parked in our assigned parking. Outside of those small issues it was a great place to stay with a fabulous location we really enjoyed. They provided everything we needed for cooking and cleaning and the internet, TV's, and covered parking were fantastic. We would stay there again for another mini ski vacation when the snow looks good again.
