The Aspen Carriage House provides you with a spa-like wooded and restorative retreat at the foothills of Sleeping Lady Mountain to either relax, adventure, or just work remotely. Our 1,000 SF carriage house is tucked away in 5 acres of secluded forest, yet within 2 miles of all the Bavarian mountain town amenities of downtown Leavenworth. Our carriage house is also the perfect homebase whether you're coming in to town for Oktoberfest, Leavenworth's Christmas light celebration, Maifest, or any of the other festivals throughout the year.
Enthusiastic about the mountains? Do you need a break from the hustle and bustle or perhaps a restorative setting to work remotely? Our dog-friendly Aspen Carriage House can provide it all. Set on 5 acres of forest, we have walking and hiking trails on-site, are 38 miles from Stevens Pass ski resort, 37 miles to Mission Ridge ski resort, 3 miles from Leavenworth's very own ski hill with après ski patio, 2 miles to downtown Leavenworth, and offer world class hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing trails within a few miles. Leavenworth also offers plenty of local wineries, vineyards, and breweries, and you can also enjoy those beverages while floating the Wenatchee River at any number of outdoor activity centers.
After spending the day either adventuring, enjoying downtown Leavenworth, or just working remotely, you can come back to the carriage house to recharge and relax for the next day. The carriage house offers custom wood finishes and a river rock fireplace inside that creates a welcoming alpine retreat, or if you're like us and can't get enough of Mother Nature, our expansive deck with majestic mountain views also offers a swinging bed (heated of course!) to sleep under the stars! And don't forget to relax in our outdoor hot tub with a glass of wine or beer from one our local Leavenworth breweries and wineries before turning in for the night.

This private, 1,000 SF, 1+ bedroom (pull-out sleeper sofa in living room) carriage house features custom wood touches and a river rock gas fireplace that create a welcoming alpine retreat that can comfortably sleep 4 adults (or kids!).
Our living room offers you a river rock gas fireplace, Smart TV (all your favorite TV apps), and cozy furniture including a pull-out sleeper sofa.
Blazing fast Wi-Fi for either working remotely, streaming, or gaming!
There’s a full kitchen with a range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all you need to either cook a cozy dinner from some local farmer's market finds (while in season) or just come back and relax with a glass of wine. Eat on the dining room table, kitchen bar, or on the covered deck.

Light, airy bedroom with a queen bed and luxury bedding. In addition, we’ve got the perfect option for nature loves: an outdoor ‘swinging bed’ (with heated mattress!) that allows you the opportunity to sleep under the stars and get the fully immersive nature experience with all the stars, sounds of nature, and a relaxed night’s sleep out on the expansive deck. The pleasure of outdoor sleeping with indoor comfort.
On-site parking with up to 2 vehicles directly adjacent to the carriage house. Please note that during the winter there may be snow on the private access road up to the house. Chains or all wheel drive may be required.
Guests have complete use of Carriage House (including expansive deck), hot tub, and private patio.
The carriage house is attached to our main house by covered breezeway, but completely private. We live next door in the main house, but provide 100% privacy for our guests. However, we're excited to provide recommendations for our favorite local spots upon request! Guests will have complete and private use of the carriage house and hot tub which is located on the covered patio between the main house and carriage house.
We accept up to two dogs each. Out of necessity we've found we have to charge a $75.00 per pet fee for the additional cleaning. We also ask that you please keep your pets off the furniture in respect of our other guests that may not have canine friends of their own. If there is damage or excessive hair on furniture, we may assess an extra cleaning or damage fee as necessary.
