The Havelquelle holiday home, built with original oak truss, for 2-6 people on 3 levels is located in the outskirts of the village with a great view of the landscape. The completely fenced 600 m² property is ideal for a vacation with children, for active vacationers and nature lovers. A large, covered terrace, right in front of the house, with various lying and seating options, is perfect for barbecues with the whole family. The house was built from high quality materials and is very well equipped. In the entrance area you will find a small dressing room with enough space for shoes and your wardrobe. The adjoining, spacious, bright living and dining area is furnished with a cozy leather seating area. A rustic fireplace invites you to spend hours together with the family. Enjoy the tranquility in the winter garden, where comfortable rattan furniture is available. A flat-screen TV with 3D function and free WiFi await you for media entertainment. A hi-fi system and a DVD player provide musical entertainment. The three bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating, as is the lower floor. The winter garden has external roller shutters so that it stays cozy even on cold days. An open truss serves as a room divider to the adjacent dining area. Here you can stroll, shop and enjoy the maritime flair of the port cities. There is a carport for your car with a lockable device part, here you will also find the firewood. There is further parking on the property. On request, hunters can use a gun cabinet for long weapons with a compartment for ammunition, which is located in the house.
