Summary: The flat is clean, modern, spacy and very suitable for 2 persons. It has an excellent value for money ratio. Situated approx. 13 km from Hameln one can explore the various little towns with their picturesque city centres and other intersting places in the region (which was our main goal). Te place itself is very silent, a small coutry road passes by but at night there is no traffic. The hosts ar very friendly and easy-going. There is a small beer restaurant in the property (open on Wednesdays and Fridays in the late afternoon and evening), which we liked as well. The only problem: if you have a mobile phone contract with O2, you have no internet there.
