Die " Mühle zu Waching" wurde um 1900 zu Wohnzwecken um-bzw. angebaut und ist heute noch so erhalten. Unser hölzernes Mühlrad erzeugt durch Wasserkraft seit 2015 den Strom für unseren Eigenbedarf. Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand von Brannenburg und wird von seinen Besitzern, die die Ferienwohnungen persönlich führen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Wenn Ihnen ein Urlaub mit Ihrem Haustier an einem historischen Ort mit Naturnähe wichtig ist, dann sind Sie bei uns richtig. Sie und Ihr(e) Vierbeiner werden die Spazier-und Wanderwege vorm Haus lieben, ebenso den Bach der beim Haus vorbeifließt und der besonders in den heißen Sommermonaten eine willkommene Erfrischung für Mensch und Tier ist. Für Freizeitaktivitäten steht in direkter Nachbarschaft des Hauses die Wendelstein-Zahnradbahn zur Verfügung, im Sommer wie im Winter können ausgedehnte Wanderungen rund um den Wendelstein unternommen werden, ein Sport- Spiel und Skaterplatz sind in der Nähe. Das Skigebiet Sudelfeld ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Städte Rosenheim , Kufstein und der Chiemsee sind dank der guten Autobahnanbindung schnell und gut zu erreichen, gern auch mit der Bahn.

Unser Schmuckstück im Haus der "Mühle zu Waching" ist eine in handwerklicher Eigenarbeit gestaltete 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit 36 qm im modernen alpenländischen Stil. Die Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet mit Naturholzböden/Türen und Möbeln, im separaten Schlafzimmer ist das Himmelbett, das mit Bettwäsche bezogen ist. Neben dem Kleiderschrank ist ein großer Spiegel mit Kofferablage. In allen Räumen ist eine Fußbodenheizung vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet incl. Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser etc. Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach, der großzügige Eßbereich befindet sich direkt in der Küche. Für gemütliche Stunden gibt es ein Sofa und natürlich einen Flachbild-TV mit SAT. Im Bad ist eine exclusive Sanitär-Ausstattung. Die Handtücher, Fön und Toilettenartikel sind vorhanden. Im Flur befindet sich die Garderobe.
